Best off-road bike for riding into Africa?

Hi all. I’m looking to take time out and ride up into Bots. Zim, Moz, Tanzania. Fair amount of off road to remote places. What adventure bike would you recommend. Reliability and spares taking into account? Not. 1200 as too big
