- BMW R1200GS Adventure
We were 29 people with 16 bikes that left from the Swartland Engen garage on the N7 just outside CPT this past Saturday; 2 x 650 GS; 3 x 1200 GS and the rest was 1200 GS Adventures.
This ride was organised by the BMW motorcycle club from CPT and it was AWESOME fun !!
We basically went to Durbanville, then Wellington, Ceres and from there all the way to Matjiesfontein, down towards Touwsrivier where we had some lunch and from there into the Anysberg Nature Reserve where we stayed over the Saturday night. The accomodation was AWESOME and I strongly suggest that you try and make it there someday...
The Sunday morning we left towards Ladismith through various farms and nature reservesand we ended up in Montagu where we had luch and then left for CPT. In this section we went through a game reserve where there was lion, we luckily did not run into them but we did see some giraffe...
