Bmw f650 gs dakar single spark

Hi all
Having a big hesitation at 2k rpm .  Have changed tps , intake air sensor , lamda sensor , checked all wiring and plug cap . Want to reset bms . Can i do do this without diagnostic tool . Disconnecting battery does not work .
Any help please
