Bolo Fun

On Saturday acouple of us dogs went through to Bolo, a little place near Stuterheim to ride a fun enduro,
It was a very well organised event with some stunning riding into the Transkei!
There was no official race as it was really just a fun event. Myself, ThrottleJockey,Bouwer,`Lil Edgy and Small Dom all drove there with a bike trailor,while Bigdom took the HP2 and met us there. I rode the 1st lap with the 2 boys and then did the 2nd on Throttle Jockeys CRF450 while BigDom rode my KDX.

Shot Edgy - I see the new maps spell it Bholo!!  Great time even if fooking exhausting in the moment for a toppie like me!
Sheet that 2 Smoke takes some getting used to...reminds me of my junior racing days...have to re-learn how to wring its neck to keep it in the powerband  :biggrin:

Also had a lekker ride afterwards to meet up with the EC BMW Owners Club at Old Thomas River. Anyone who is in striking distance and has never been there must put it on your 'to do list'! Awesome spot - very intersting history, packed with collections of antiques, toys, old cars, railway memorabilia, and extensive collectables. Lekker area to ride, good affordable accomodation and excellent food. A sort of Meitjiesfontein in the EC!  I am going to suggest it as a EC WD future venue (are you listening Watty?)
