So I bought a cheap XLR250 (Japanse spec), I was quite excited to see an adjustable rear shock after coming from the Rally 250 but alas this bike is very softly sprung. Being a grey bike it seems to be lower in the back as well vs a normal XR250. Anyways it's very "soggy" if I can put it like that. If you stand and bounce on the pegs I'm sure you will almost be able to bottom it out on the ground  The compression adjuster does not want to turn, ther eis a screw so I have not checked before it you need to loosen it first then turn the knob so I will be winding that up to max as well as increasing the rear spring compression. Front there is no adjustment only an air valve. Was thinking of thicker fork oil and maybe a spacer on top ?

Rear shock as per picture
