Brake pads - How they should NOT look

Hi Guys

I am already embarresed to post this pic here.....so please dont crusify me for doing so.......hehehe.
My 1100's rear brake pads are completely shot (that is actually an understatement). Now I know where that screetching sound came from whenever I oushed the bike into the garage.

They will be repplaced today along with the front set.

Remarkably, no real damage to the disc.

I will make a point of it to check the pads on a more regular basis.

(I think this set is probably the original set)
