How did you guys do it? According to the owners manual, or did you ride it hard for a short while, upping the revs, decelerating, and changing gears often?
One thing seems clear....stay away from freeways or long roads where the rpms are constant, and stay away from steep hills or mtn passes.

But is around 50kms of hard acceleration, deceleration, changing gears all it takes to settle the piston rings? I would like to do it the correct way, as I'd like this bike to last me.

What did you guys do?
