I have a "BREEZE/AIRFLOW jacket that I have not yet used , as we have not had summer as yet . this coming weekend we on a bike trip and the forecast is showing temps of 30 + degrees , makes me think that my jacket will come in handy !
My question is have you used a airflow jacket on a long ride ? I think they can be nice when its hot , but a slight spot of bother if things chill down
. My normal jacket is waterproof so one tends to get parboiled in super hot conditions . So not very nice !
and I dont have space to take both , I do however have a thin hiking jacket that I can use as a middle layer. but dont think its required .
My CONCERN is more on the long rides , does the windchill become a factor or not? outside its 30 , but with windchill down 10 degrees or more ?
