When I bought my Bandit a couple of years back I can vaguely remember the sales dude at Zuki South mentioning that you have to have a valid bike license to purchase a bike on HP. Fortunately I could buy the bike cash so it never worried me and I unashamedly rode my zuk on a code A1 license. Even got stopped once along the Rooiels route and the orifficer was too clueless to figure it out.
But now I might be punished for my crime because I'm hoping to be standing in line for the new Tenere and I'm going to have to take it on HP, however, my learners is only booked for 23rd Feb 08.
In all probability, the Tenere won't be here before then, but does anyone know if this still holds true i.e. no license = no HP? Does a learners count?
