So as part of our coming little trip to Lesotho (https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=170487.0) we'll be camping at Katse dam. I phone their info office and was told camping is free, and it is fairly secure (fenced) and there are ablutions.
Has anyone camped there before? I'm wondering if I should pickup some wood or charcoal from Thaba Tseka to braai with, but are there braai facilities at the campsite? I understand it's not an official campsite, but rather the ground of the dam's admin office. And also, can one even get wood or charcoal in Thaba Tseka?
Or do I just take tinned food and my camping stove?
