Het die Run BAIE geniet. Dankie vir almal se ondersteuning en deelname.
Jammer vir diegene wat dit gemis het. Watch this space vir die Canola Run van 2010.
Ons het 'n paar planne om dit NOG beter te probeer maak in die toekoms. Enige voorstelle van julle kant af?
Hoop diegene wat 'n bietjie Overberg grond gekoop het, se lywe is nie te seer en te blou nie!
Sien julle by volgende jaar se Run.

Thanks KTM Bigger and Wes for riding up with me on the dirt.
I`m glad those boots of Fourie-kop are dirty now , shew , White Boots , sis !
After lunch , Ktm Bigger , myself, Fourie-kop , wes and Leeuw decided to do some more dirt on the way home . I was in front and made my way down to the main road where I waited some 5 minutes to be told by Uiltjie , that wes had taken a fall ,by the time I got there he was up on his feet , but Fourie-kop was still in good cheer.
We rode back most of the way together , checking on wes if was ok.He took quite a hard tumble.
Twas nice meeting new people and chatting to old friends.

sorry Wes bout ur accident, hope u get rid of the aches & pains quick
uiltjie, was that u we passed riding in front on the KTM690 kicking ur leg out sideways 2 greet as u passed me and 990? There were 2 BMW bikes with u and another KTM? at least i managed 2 get 2 greyton 4 late breakfast on the backroads.....and saw sum of the canola fields en route - the weather was MAGIC. This Canola Run is a lovely fundraiser initiative

what a great run thanks guys for organising it. I loved those little farm roads , the views were so pretty I had to pinch myself to make sure they were real :biggrin:
Great seeing so many dogs on a ride, I am sorry I didn't get to put more names to faces, but enjoyed the spirit of it all.
Thanks Uiltjie, Donald and Andy 660 and all the others who helped. Thanks to the guy who helped pick up my bike after my bike fell off a very narrow ledge into a mud pool. I also have a few bruises, but nothing as spectacular as Wes 's ones !!

Wil darem ook net sê ek het dit baie geniet en dit was lekkerrrrr. Canz en almal wat die dag moontlik gemaak het , dankie sommer vir alles . Julle het fantastiese speelplek daar op die plaaspaaie , niks wingerdankers wat met n man se "negotiations" kan inmeng nie . ;D
Dankie ook vir daai m@erse stuk biltong . Wie was op die KTM by die laaste wheeliespot, daai ou het darem self n paar mooi wheelies gegooi , dink sy bynaam is Muis of het ek dit verkeerd ? Dink ek sal vir hom die helfte van die biltong stuur :thumleft:

thank you so much for the ride its such fun to ride through all those places
although not much time for scenery as the odd bit of mud made concentration rather important
thanks also to guy who helped exstract my bike from the river crossing on the little bit of the
enduro route We did.I remember thinking on my way over the bars this is not pillion friendly

I was on the list to go but work kept me very busy up north
As usual the ride had its thrills n spills and a great bunch of people to ride

Nie veel woorde kan 'n dag soos Saterdag beskruif nie.
Dit was net eenvoudig befok :thumleft:
Die weer, die reelings, die koue bier by die halfpad stop, die kos by die einde, als was net perfek!
Thanks Uiltjie en jou span wat als bymekaar gesit het.
Ek dink nogsteeds julle moet dit twee keer per jaar doen. Dis beslis 'n ride wat in die toekoms nie gemis moet word nie, veral nie as julle op vanjaar gaan verbeter nie.
Dis noggal snaaks hoe almal eers nee gese het vir die Jaggie, maar as ek dit nader bring, dan sluk hulle maar, en niemand het gekla nie :thumleft:
