Here are some I took:
1 - It was beautiful and I've never been so close to one of these monsters
2 - The start - we were early
3 - View from the top
4 - Queue while waiting for someone to finish playing in the mud
5 - My two fav bikes of the day!
6 - Relaxing afterwards
7 - Squatting on Barendo's stoep seems like a good idea when you are too lazy to pitch a tent but it was bitterly cold!

I left of last where I had picked up the 1150's seat that went AWOL :lol8: :lol8:

As I was approaching this bakkie parked near this gate....a guy standing behind it shouted to me "...that there was a loose rope hanging from my bike" 

As I stopped.... I noticed a "missing AWOL 1150 seat"  :lol8: :lol8: :lol8: :lol8:

Well.....one thing was for sure..... I obviously did a really Crap job of securing earlier on after picking it up the first time atch: ;D ;D

I proceeded to get the loose rope of  my scooter & snapped a few shots again of some of the riders.

Just a few minutes later.... No "All Gold Tomato Sauce" 36'ssssss stopped right behind me to reveal the "Once AGAIN....lost 1150GS seat"  :lol8: :lol8:

I did make sure that I secured it VERY well this time round & confirm that it made it all the way to the "PitStop" on top of the hill at the end of the 1st round where I handed it in to the organisers. 

Tienie did make an announcement at the end of the 2nd loop about the AWOL seat. I trust the owner came forward to collect it
