Cast Aluminium Welding

I'm looking for a place that will do cast aluminium welding (assuming it is cast aluminium) This is the rear rack off a BMW 1150. It appears to have cracked in 3 points. Can this be successfully welded? And who can do it, preferably in the Randburg area but I can courier it if need be.

If anyone ever needs a reason why you don't use a topbox offroad this is it.
