Hope someone can help.
Wanted to change oil and put in new oilfilter in my R.
So i drain all the oil and took the old filter out, now for my question.
When I put the new filter in I noticed that it don't fit as tight as old one. So I took piece of wood, place it on the back of the filter and try to drive it in to place with the hammer. The filter didn't what to go in, in fact I bend the filter and must now buy a new one.
What was I doing wrong? I'm sure the filter must be driven into place to give it a tight fit.
Any help will be appreciated.
