Changing the front tyre

Thx much to ThinkMike, who explained how to change a rear tubeless tyre. Just did it and it worked. I assumed that the front tyre would be changed in similar style...I can't seem to break the bead using the side stand method.

So...If I don't get an answer soon, I might go to justbiketyre to change it for me. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers
