Newbie to the forum,

thought I would share some pictures on the mod I did for my DL650.
I wanted to fit a female cigarette plug housing to my bike for running compressor, charging cellphone, ipod etc.
Went to quite a few electronics store in Cape Town, but they didn't have any that I were waterproof enough and that I could mount easily.
To cut a long story short I ended up at a yacht/boat shop in town (Central boating - I think)
They had a rubber waterproof holder with a cap you can close when not in use. mounted it on my fairing - powered directly off the battery with a 5 amp fuse see pics below
