clutch reservoir help.

Hi guys, maby you can advise me on how to see my clutch level fluid .Can't see any movement through my glass sight like a bubble or something.So either it is full or empty.On the brakes side it has made a bubble so at least you can see movement.

Please help, tried to loosen top plat where one full up but two of the allen key head are bit buggered and can't get it loose and i am scared of braking or stripping it completely.
