Maybe a bit of a dumb question, but anyway...
I need to connect my Garmin Zumo xt power to my newly acquired 890. The cabling which came with the unit has connectors which would go straight on the battery. This would obviously be permanent power on. Would this be a bad idea?
Would it be better to maybe use one of the dedicated acc1 or acc2 connection? I'm still having heated grips fitted by the dealer, and not sure where they will connect that.
