While trying to catch my mates, I hit a massive lurker and soon had a flat front. I knew it was going to be a mission to change tube roadside without centre stand and help, so opted to ride the last few kilos with the flat. Was surprised at just how much speed I was able to carry without any major issues.

Made it to the water point and Jessica assisted with a quick tube replacement.
