I will post my pics when I am back in Bloem in 2 days time, the trip was awesome and I am happy to report my Dad is out of hospital and arrived back in PA about 3 hrs ago!

One correction, Nelus Bantjes, Nelus on the forum challenged myself and Tiaan to ride to the Koega dam wall! :3some:

Day 1 - Baviaans to Makkedaat

1. Koega dam groupie - Royce passed he said it was too loose to stop.
2. From Gray to Tripple Black - the best remains the mix between silver and black right there in the middle! :thumleft:
3. Looking back at a pass in the baviaans
4. Waiting for the herd to get some snaps...
5. Spoedvark getting momentum after his side stand incident  :deal:
6. Royce (my dad) loosing momentum just before his temporary loss of talent :'(

Day 2 - Makkedaat Caves to Die Hel (Gamkaskloof)

1. Exiting the Baviaans
2. Open stretch of gravel highway between Willowmore and De Rust (You can cable tie the throttle to the endstop here, LC hit the Rev limiter in six a couple of times, obviously there was some wheelspin involved! (Wonder if the tyre speed rating of 160 km/h applies on gravel?)
3. Spoedvark going through meringskloof
4. Enterring the Swartbergpas
5. Group photo - Tiaan missed us here - kids of today
6. One Dad and one Lad (Enjoyed the trip with my dad!)

Day 3 - Die Hel to George (We took Rooibaart's suggestion and went via die Rooibergpas to Herbetsdale / Mosselbay ending up in George.

1. At Die Top, before going down the Swartberg pas

3. Ruben (my sisters husband) doing his thing
4. Gamtoos river near Herbetsdale where my mother use to spend some time as a teenager

That last pic was taken at "JUMPERS PLACE" in Willowmore! He can sleep 18 and has a bikers friendly pub! He also does some off-road riding courses if anyone is interested?
