Friend of mine is currently looking at a 2002 Dakar.
The exhaust shows very small holes in the casing. Apparently the bike came from the coast.
1. What options does he have i.t.o. replacing the exhaust?
I already know of Cytech but he does not want to spend more than 2k.
2. Any other areas on the bike which might have suffered heavily due to coastal conditions?

Already gave all the other tips as per forum postings from members re 2nd hand bikes.
