Need to get the Dakar, Race ReadyTrip Ready for a upcoming trip. I want to try and shave some flab off the girl, and get rid off celulite around the legs.  :mwink:

The rear dummy xorts I was thinking of converting into a fuel cell, round and from stainless, to look sort-off like the dummy xorst, and run a pipe into the existing tank. Maybe if I can get that tank to 5L it will be a bonus. Tool tubes and the like is BS imo, don't want rattling around and the Dakar tool kit is good enough to close-on redo the entire bike.

Bob what's the weight of the of the two OEM cans from your Dakar?

What else can also be removed or changed without the bike looking like Groenie's special Dakar version?

How difficult/available are a set off front WR or KTM shcks and tripple clamps?

And then replace the rear spring with a more heavy duty one, from Lecap?
