Thanks for the ride, Robin and Andy.  It was long but very lekker.  No punctures or problems can make for a dull report, but a good ride.

My confession here is that I'd never been over Katbakkies before.  Nobody told me how stunning it is up there.  That was definitely the highlight for me.

Sorry we couldn't stay for the overnighter - it was shaping up to be a good one with all the bikes rolling up the R355 as we went home.  I think the padstal along the way made the road a bit longer for some of the guys!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a little 250 bouncing along the R355 towards me.  I even slowed down to check.  Respect!
