Hi Guys
In my introduction I said that I was looking at the Versys 650, the NC750 and the XT660.
I want something for the weekend, to commute to the office once in a while and the (maybe) once a year trip with my wife for a few days.
The Versys is now priced new at R72500 and the NC750 at R79900. The thing is I really like the XT660, but Yamaha says its discontinued and there's no news of a replacement yet so I should look at buying second hand.
A quick search shows I can get a 2010 with 9000km for R73000 (with a top box) and a 2011 with 48000km for R49000 (with panniers and a top box).
What type of mileage should you look at when buying second hand? Is the XT suitable for the odd trip with my wife?
