Howzit guys, DenDirtbiker here. I am into the plastic bikes and now, with all the mates getting into the Dual Sport scene, it looks like it could be fun to join in.
It appears that my first Dual Sport acquisition may be a Honda XL 650 V. The bike is selling at a very good price, so resale at the same price or a small profit shouldn't be too difficult.
Some of my mates that have too much money own both 1190's and 690's. Now, I have a question. Will the XL 650 V be able to do both the rougher stuff that the 690 can do and the longer distances that the 1190's do? Obviously I know that there is no way for me to keep up in both disciplines, but as an intro into the game, do you think it will be adequate?
