Read on a thread guy's pay R171/ R128 RAND in CP just to get a new tyre fitted, that's the worst act of theft I have ever seen.
And on top of that to replace a 21' front is like changing a bicycle tyre. How do you guy's repair a tyre on the road?
Tyre balancing is ridiculously easy and you only need a basic setup to do it yourself. The tyre changer is a bit of a problem, home DIY changers don't get sold in SA.
Who would be interested to have these at home and change and balance their own tyres?

This balancer cost 140$ and can handle most bikes tyres, you can make your own for a fraction of the cost.
