I have very little experience riding bikes in general but have a strong desire for adventure. The successful 2000km trip to Hogs Back in the Eastern Cape on the Honda CBF125 is proof
I have a long history with competitive downhill skateboarding which I think has contributed to a smooth transition onto a motorbike and road awareness in general.
I mainly drove the little CBF around Cape Town and Stellenbosch but recently bought a 2005 BMW F650GS. I'll be living in Stellenbosch for the next 10 months before going to Europe indefinitely.
I'd like to drive some remote roads and do a few overnight trips before I leave.
