EC travel accommodation options

We touring next week to Hogsback, leaving tomorrow, been there before, just wonder if there are suggestions for accommodation along the route.
Bike friendly and also backpackers, even better ... I usually don't book weeks in advance, often call day before the options available as I leave the door open for route detours and changes...

Here are the most likely places we might end up, and want to sleep along the route.

Wilderness (have options there, Fairy knowe,)
Steytlerville/Jansenville
Addo
Fort Beaufort/Riebeek East
Hogsback( previously stayed at Away with the Fairies... )
Adelaide
Bedford
Somerset East
Aberdeen ( stayed there previous in self catering in town, cannot remember name)
Beaufort West ( Steenbokkie, nice place)
Sutherland ( a while since i stayed there, hotel still best option)
Mostly sorted, however, would like to support Wilddogs or if there are friendly places that support us.

Leaving tomorrow from Boland, sound late, but that's how we role.. relax, fun, not over planning as usual. We have enough routine at work...
