Toying with the idea of a ride through Eire in the summer month, catching a ferry over from England.
I went there many years ago but it was as dead as a door-nail ................................ I hadn't counted on Easter closing the Irish world down. Couldn't even buy fuel.
Anyway, this time I'll be going in the height of summer, when the catholics have retreated to a dingy corner somewhere and the leprechauns have come out to play.
Anyone been? Places to avoid? Places to go?
I'll no doubt finish things off at the Guinness factory but might start there as well .....................
