So unfortunately I recently broke my wrist again, which meant I had to miss out on a couple of events, but I'm back up and riding now (don't tell the doctor :biggrin
So the next race is the bonnievale enduro,23 Oct, and then 13 Nov, it is a EWXC, a mix between MX and Enduro, basically about 30 guys start at once, then its a battle to get the wholeshot, before going into a track like this
The aim is to do as many laps as possible in a heat, there will be two heats for each class.
I'm being sponsored by Lourens from Enduro Tours Africa now, and on Monday I start training with John from www.pelotrain.co.za ,he is a world renowned racing coach, and has taken allot of people to the top. So things are getting serious now. I've been told to do some cycling etc to loosen up this weekend...cause apparently I'm going to die on monday with the training...so lets see
On the race day there will be live bands, food stalls, commentry etc. So it will be great for spectators, so bring the family along, and watch the guys go to war
