My 520 is my holiday farm bike.
It ran brilliantly, i had the front suspension serviced by Superfoxi, tyres/chain/sprockets are very good.
Has an acropovic and steering damper.

Due to COVID my 3-6months open work contract to Europe/USA extended to a near 9 month away from home stint.

In my absence a youngster on the farm asked me if he could take the bike for a spin, I conceded and as sh#t happens, he messaged me some days later that the bike is seized.

I have just started stripping it, the waterpump impeller was rotating freely on the camshaft, i'm not sure if the mounting pressure of the casing would forge a the better fit or if it is stripped.
The piston is stuck in the barrel as the conrod is out.
I havnt got a camchain seperator (I suppose i should just cut the chain) so the strip is incomplete, but the damage unfortunately not!

Before i do more work, whats the gut feel from the 500 fan club experts, salvageable?

Sell for parts?
Sell as a project bike?

Bike is unlicensed, has a spare seat, spare barrell, some other odds n socks.

Ran like a beauty before i left  :'(
