Hi fellow 800GS riders
I bought my 800 a few months ago, but only took it off road once in the time that I had it. Nothing major, just a few gravel roads...
I bounced around alot, obviously because I didn't deflate my tyre a bit and did so halfway through the trip and it was much better after that.
I am going on another trip soon, will also only be mostly gravel / dirt roads and I suspect rocky here and there.
My question is; what is the best tyre pressure for this type of terrain?
Standard pressure is 2.5 at the back and 2.2 at the front. I have the standard road tyres at the moment - Pirelli Scorpio.
P.S. Note that we will be driving on tar as well (to get there ;D), so the I am looking for the best pressure for this type of terrain, combined with tar road...
