I recently got my BMW F800GS. The slick tyres it comes out with does not complement this nice dual machine at all. I went and bought a set of nice offroad use tyres and did a lekker Maghadigadi trip on those in Botswana with Kwanokeng adventures, after that i rode a bit to much on the tar and my back tyre did not even get to 2000km.
What good quality dual purpose tyres are out there. I live far from any city and cannot go and change tyres every now and then. I'm looking for a good dual purpose tyre to use on the 800GS.
I ordered a set of Heidenau tyres, does anyone have any info on these ?
