since the Flying Brick System luggage was launched at the AMiD Show back in August, there have now been several product updates, so here goes:
1. 3M Scotchlite reflective material was added to the sides and back of the 'Brick, thus significantly making the bag (and thus the rider) MUCH more visible at night.
2. We will now offer backpack straps allowing the pillion bag - or the WHOLE system bag, to be carried off of the bike, or the pillion bag to be carried on the back of the pillion - making the bag(s) even more versatile!
3. We are now using a yet- heavier grade of RipStop fabric, since it's easier for the factory to carry just one weight of fabric, and thus they can use the same (heavier-weight) fabric for both rooftop tents AND the 'Brick!
4. by popular request, we now have DOUBLE_ZIPPERS on the two zipped main compartments, allowing you to 'stop/start' the zip anywhere along the zip.
5. We have added additional internal webbing reinforcement after seeing 3 travelers (Lesotho, Tanzania and Namibia respectively) carrying heavy tools in the bag.
6. the zip that JOINS the two bags has now been modified to allow STORAGE OF A RAIN-SUIT between the 2 bags, for rapid access!
Pictures to follow, but here are some pictures of the bag before the 3M Scotchlite was added....
