We were surprised by Honda SA with 2 Transalps as short-term test bikes. We thought the bike could "evolve" a bit... or "devolve", depending on how you see it... It's becoming a rather interesting project.

Howzit Pierre, I seem to recall you talking about your Leatt gear on Youtube but I've obviously fallen so often that I can't find it boss.....

I'm in the market for some new gear so Leatt is quite close to the top of the list (although I'm not so sure about Fanie's pyjamas...(sorry Fanie.....))

Now when are you ding a real trip on them?

Pretty soon. We are using the fully converted versions on our Footpeg Diaries camping weekend in the Waterberg, 8-10 Sept. Check out our Facebook page if you are interested in joining us for the weekend. It is a small test run for a much larger expedition later in the year.

Did a quick unpacking of Fanie's pajamas and protection on Facebook. Here's the link above.
It is very good protection but remember... for adventure riding... You still need something to protect your hips, and... putting it on and struggling to get out of it again takes some getting used to.
