The cost for this year's bash is R275 pp. From 1 September the price will increase to R375 pp - we need commitment and payment earlier this year than in the past to avoid things like t-shirts not being done in time. After 1 september we also can't guarantee attendees t-shirts or the correct size t-shirts.
This includes the following:
1. Your t-shirt
2. your sticker
3. Saturday evening's spitbraai (the sheep is sponsored - thanks all, but the braai-ing cost R700 per sheep)
4. Saturday spit - bykosse
5. Coffee and rusks for the weekend
6. Saturday morning's breakfast (think it is a breakfast roll)
7. we are allowing for a small forum profit, some overheads and contingencies
