Hi guys,
My GPSmap 62s has started playing up recently. It's only about 6 months old but last week when I switched it on, it took ages to start up. I initially thought the batteries were flat and changed them for a fresh set. This hasn't helped at all. I then reset all the settings to default and restarted but it is still taking about 20 seconds before there's any sign of any life on the display. It seems to work fine and no problem routing or tracking. I cleared all the info off the unit and this has also not made any difference. Anybody got any advice?
