Gear change while stationary

Hi All

I find it becomes increasingly more difficult to change gears while stationary. I have to either downgear while bike is still in motion or otherwise have to almost engage the clutch to be able to change gears. I might be imagining things but it seems gear change while riding normally are also becoming louder.

Bike has only done 49,000 km so I hope it is me being paranoid and not something serious.

Any help or advice ?
