Has anyone invented a device to break the bead on the rear tyre of a KTM 990.
Had a flat yesterday and after battling to try and get the tyre bead off the rim, a young kid offered to take me to a guy in a squatter camp who could help. So with wheel in hand and someone looking after the bike off we went between the shacks till we found the old guy, he had a gwala in a pipe with a flat end, two thumps and the tyre was loose.
Now I want to make/buy something that will do the same job, that can be folded up or assembled as need be.
Keep in mind I'm an "old ballie" and my hands are a bit stuffed from a few broken fingers.
