Happened around 07h40 on my way to our jhb office. :'( This bloody b&^%k idiot in a Datsun bakkie sideswiped me. His excuse: his indicator was on and he thus have right of way. 
His indicator, WAS NOT on when I approached him from behind, and anyway, there was another car right next to him (got that driver as witness). Luckily I was very slow, between 30 and 40kmh. What more can one do to be seen? Was on brights and with spotslights
The only damage that I could see was a bend crashbar on the right, minor scratches on the left(!) cylinder head cover and on the diff as well as a broken right rear indicator. Will take the bike to Lyndhurst a bit later to check it out.
