What grip protectors fit on a KTM?
Heated grips are expensive to replace, so let's protect them.
On my F800GS it was easy. A set of foam bicycle grips from Makro did the trick on the thin BMW grips.
But KTM grips are beefier - they are the same diameter as the BMW grip WITH foam grips fitted. So the Makro foam grips tear when trying to fit.
Cricket bat grips perish within 3 months, so these are not an option.
Any suggestion then for grip protectors on a beefy KTM grip?
