GSA rear brakes - metal to metal

Heard the dreadful sound yesterday.  Ja the rear brake metal to metal.  Few grooves in the disk.  How much can I expect to pay to replace brakes pads front and rear?  What are the choices and cost implications for sorting the rear disk out.  Skimming vs replacing - cost?  Is Lyndhurst ok do the work?
