Hello all,
I'm new to this forum (discovered it through the websites of Craig Marschall) - and I'd like to say "Hello" to everybody here !
We are two BMW riders from Germany, and are currently planning our next christmas holidays 2011 in South Africa.
No real plan what to do yet, but I'm already browsing dualsportafrica with much excitement :ricky:
I'm currently negotiating the rental of two gravel-road capable bikes, I'm in touch with Craig (Yamaha 660Z) and some other BMW-related company in CapeTown. :deal:
In Europe, my girlfriend and I ride various BMW bikes, like e.g. the HP2, the R1200GS, the F800GS and maybe soon the G650 XChallenge. We are also big fans of KTM, but currently no KTM in our garage.
This trip to SouthAfrica is my birthday gift to myself - I'll be celebrating my 50th birthday on December 23th down in CapeTown :biggrin:
