Watching THE BIKE SHOW last night one of the inserts was with Donavan testing and doing a hard butt ride to UPPINGTON and back in a day . I have done many a hard butt ride , none in the 1000 k mark but 800 is quite often , Did the ride home from Middelburg ec on the 1 st Jan in 5.25 hr , Yes we were pushing a bit , and did not stop for anything but fuel . When those big dogs run they run well . ( 1190 KTM )
This has had me wondering if there would be some craze dogs that would take on a hard butt ride challenge , one day to CAPE TOWN AND NEXT DAY HOME .
Guess 11 hrs down , depart at sparrows , , sleep over in CAPE TOWN and next day do the same route back to JHB .
Anybody craze to join in a CANNONBALL RUN TO CAPETOWN ?
