Help needed, license arears.

Good afternoon
Recently bought a bike from Durban and got all the paperwork. The license is behind and thought I could sort it out this side, unfortunately they tell me it needs to be paid in Natal and can not be done from this side.  Like usual the person I bought it from has his money and just couldn't give a hoot.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
