I have the NC750 DCT for a commuter and occasionaly use the work bike which is the NC700x. On cornering the 700 it has a very stiff steering, almost feels like a steering damper is fitted as apposed to my 750 which is much "looser". They both have identical tires, rake and trail. When the 700 is stationary the steering feels fine but the moment it is in a dynamic situation it stiffens up. At first I put it down to assuming that the rake was different but now I am stumped. The only thing to check now is the neck bearings but the 700 has only 20 000 km on it. It is a pity the 700 handles like this as I would use it much more. Anyone have a similar experience or can suggest what can be the cause as it is very obvious?
