How do you select routes on a Nuvi?

I have a Nuvi 200 and downloaded the routes of our (cage) trip to it from Mapsource. Mapsource says the data was succesfully sent, but I don't see an option on the Nuvi to select the routes as on my Zumo.

Can anyone please help?

Alternatively, can anyone lend me a Zumo car bracket for 2 weeks?
