HP2 Wheel Balancing

My HP is shaking very badly at speeds over 100km/h
Had some loose spokes and tightened them, but now it is just worse.

Where do I take my rims in Gauteng to have them properly tensioned and balanced.

Must also fit some new tyres while I am at it.
