I know this topic has been covered somewhat, but I need new advise if possible.
the rubber grommet that keeps the light and cluster from shaking up and down, seems to wear out. the two bolts that screws in from the side on the light cluster, doesn't seem to be able to tighten fully, because the metal inserts inside start turning with the bolt as soon as you reach the torque limit. how do you increase the effectiveness of the rubber grommet underneath? I haven't removed the cluster or light yet, so I don't know if this rubber bush or grommet fell out, but my whole cluster is shaking on rough roads to the point where it touches the plastic "dashboard" installed afterwards, indicating that this rubber bush/grommet is either missing or completely worn out.
Any ideas?
