Dearest Wild Dogs.
I just joined the forum, and do I say, what a great place to be. I'm from Somerset West.
I've been riding from when I was just about 11. Didn't have a lot of bikes, but enjoyed them all.
Got my first bike in Standard 3, a Suzuki OR50. Classic Jopper with Sissy Bar, mags and all.
Then I got a Yamaha XJ750 Shaft in Standard 6. Wow. This was my bike I wanted to ride to the end. But as life goes, got married, got my first boy, and we all know three does not go on bike. Sold her with 21 000km on 17 years ago.
Since then I had a Honda XR500R and a Scooter for around town.
Then the worst thing to a biker happened. My son, who I sold my XJ for, got his bike. That was that.
Now I bought my XT660R. Had my first ride with my son and the church boys, and only looking forward.
